Sales Manager

JoDiHost is looking for a a self-motivated, top performing Sales Manager to direct a Sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals. This leader must be able to direct and inspire the work of others while giving direct daily performance coaching.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Set and meet company sales and activity goals
- Lead individual and group performance
- Motivate sales group
- Conduct feedback and performance improvement
- Hands-on assistance with deals
- Work pesonally with big clients
- Coordinate work of sales team
- Ensure consistent targeting, focusing sales team activities

- understanding of content delivery networks and global Internet infrastructure
- proven experience in selling information or technology-based products to business customers is highly desirable
